Main components
marine split AC unit is divided into indoor unit and outdoor unit.
Outdoor unit is mainly composed of hermetic refrigeration compressor, horizontal shell and tube type condenser, dry filter, pipeline and valves and other control elements, instrument panel, electric control unit, all parts are installed on common frame of indoor unit.
Indoor unit is composed of expansion valve, solenoid valve, evaporator, marine low noise centrifugal fan, electric heater (cooling unit without this), air filter, pipeline and valves and other control elements, electric control unit, all parts are installed in a common casing.
Function
The main function of marine water cooled split AC unit is to conduct cooling and dehumidification in summer, heating in winter and ventilation in middle seasons.

Marine water cooled split AC unit sets all functional components in one; it has the advantages of convenient and simple operation, compact structure, stable performance, low energy consumption, low noise, shock and swing resistance, convenient maintenance etc. The design, manufacture, delivery of AC unit is conducted according to the standard of classification societies (such as “CCS”, “ABS”, “NK”, “DNV”) and “navy”, and it can be manufactured according to customer's actual demands.

● Refrigerant: standard equip R404A, R134a、R407C、R449A and some other refrigerant can be selected
● Power supply: standard equip AC 3PH 380V/50Hz, AC 3PH 440V/60Hz, other power source can be selected if it is needed: AC 3PH 415V/50Hz, AC 3PH 460V/60Hz, AC 3PH 480V/60Hz, AC 3PH 690V/60Hz.
● Compressor: screw type or piston type, standard equip Copeland compressor, Danfoss, Taikang and other brands also can be selected.

● Cooling method: water cooled (fresh water/ sea water)
● Marine shell and tube type condenser: efficient anti-corrosion radiating tube, material can adopt HAL77-2、B10、B30; clad tube sheet: copper end cover or iron end cover.
● Protection function: high pressure, low pressure, electric heating overheat protection (cooling unit without this), low water pressure (water volume), lack phase, anti-phase, overvoltage, lack voltage, overload protection.
● Control elements: adopt the control valves and pressure switches of domestic and overseas famous brands
