Main components
Water chiller is mainly composed of hermetic scroll compressor (with vibration absorber), flexible pipe, double-pipe heat exchanger, plate type heat exchanger, two-way expansion valve, four-way reversing valve, pressure switch, water flow switch, temperature sensor, purge valve, drain valve, water pond, frame base, pipeline and electric control box. Refrigerant pipe and chilled (heating medium) circulating water pipelines are made of copper, cooling water pipelines adopt PVC pipe, water pond and frame adopt aluminum alloy, all parts except electric control box are installed on a common base.
Functions
Light water chiller can output 7℃ chilled water in refrigeration condition, and 45℃ heating medium water in heating condition. The water is sent to terminals （fan coil, indirect AHU）by circulating water pump, the energy is transmitted or obtained through terminals, to achieve air conditioning effect.

The aluminium profile frame can reduce the weight; thread copper nickel pipe heat exchanger can ensure unit performance and reduce volume; multi-function control system can make man-machine conversation interface become intuitive, easy and convenient; the impact modular design, various combination can make arrangement become convenient, installation become flexible; cold operation, strong heating, conduct efficient heating when water temperature isn’t lower than 3.5℃, it can run normally when water temperature isn’t lower than 2℃, and conduct effective heating.
