Components
Fan is mainly composed of casing, inlet, impeller and marine motor. When fan NO. ≥ 4, support is equipped, when it is smaller than this NO., Support isn’t equipped.
Functions
It can be used to transport Group B T1～T4, Group C T1～T4 flammable, explosive gas in ships, vessels and platforms.
Advantages
Fan has the features of low noise, large air volume, high pressure, and high efficiency. It has good corrosion resistance, shock resistance, the running is stable and safe, reversible operation can be selected according to users’ requirements.
Fan can be made into various types for users to select: Ⅰtype（direct connection type）、II type（separate cabins type）.

● Power supply: ：standard configuration AC 3PH 380V/50Hz，AC 3PH 440V/60Hz，can also choose：AC 3PH 415V/50Hz，AC 3PH 460V/60Hz，AC 3PH 480V/60Hz，AC 3PH 690V/60Hz.
● Casing: casing is welded by common sheet into volute form, oxygen weld copper plate at impeller part; this can prevent the material which may generate spark impact volute.
● Impeller: it is backward wing type, material is cast aluminum alloy. Installation angle is 45°, to ensure the relevant air speed in duct is low and equal. The impeller must through serious dynamic balance and over speed test.
● Inlet: it is welded by copper sheet, which can prevent the spark caused by the small gap between impeller and inlet, or foreign matters and static electricity.
● Marine ex-proof motor: It has good anti-moisture, anti-mould and anti-salt mist, stable operation, and low noise. The structure is hermetic three phase AC cage type rotor asynchronous motor. It can prevent dust, scrap iron or other sundries from entering into motor and satisfy hostile environment on the sea. Working principle: Alternating electric field generates alternating magnetic field through coil, the change of magnetic flow generates magnetic field force in rotor winding, and drive rotor rotation, convert electric energy into mechanical energy. Motor ex-proof performance satisfies GB3836.1-2010《Explosive environment, part 1: general requirements for equipment》, GB3836.1-2010 《explosive environment part 2: the flame-proof casing" d "protection equipment》. Space heater can be added according to requirements.
● Marine motor can choose Dezhou HL, Jiangsu Dazhong, Yuandong and other domestic brands, also can choose ABB, Siemens and other foreign brand.
