Components
Heating fan is mainly composed of casing, marine motor, axial fan, electric heater, and louver.
Functions
Heating fan is used when ship is anchoring and temperature is near zero; in order ensure the required temperature of each cabin, for the sake of equipment quick starting and navigation, heating fan is necessary and important. In addition, heating fan can be used for warming of crews, supplement AC insufficient heat
Advantages
Heating fan overall structure is light and handy, flexible, firm; it can be wall mounted or floor mounted. It has small size, light weight, low noise, high anti-corrosion, anti-shock and vibration ability.

● Casing: it is welded by steel plate, and common plate, all kinds of stainless steel can be adopted according to user requirements.
● Impeller: material is LF3 rust-proof aluminum; shaped by stamping aluminum plate, wide type blades.
● Radiator: copper tube copper fin, the heat radiating tube, heat radiating fins adopt mechanical winding method, wind around the radiating pipe, heat radiating fins and radiating pipe interface is wide and tight.
● Louver: shaped by stamping steel plate, blade is adjustable, used to adjust the air volume and wind direction.
● Marine motor: It has good anti-moisture, anti-mould and anti-salt mist, stable operation, and low noise. The winding and metal parts of the marine motor all according to humid tropics motor requirement passed the special dipping and treatment. On the basement surface of the motor, there is a radiation rib which increases the cooling effect. Marine motor can add the spacer heater according to the requirement.
● Marine motor can choose Dezhou HL, Jiangsu Dazhong, Yuandong and other domestic brands, also can choose ABB, Siemens and other foreign brand.
